You may have noticed that our service appeared to be down for several days — however, this was not actually the case. Our status monitoring bot (Open Status Bot) was temporarily blocked due to our security settings, which caused incorrect downtime reports.
Separately, about three hours ago, our infrastructure provider Vercel experienced a serious issue that caused our front-end website to go offline. The website is now back online, and we are actively monitoring its stability.
Please note that our notification service is not hosted on Vercel, so it continued to operate normally. This means you would have still received your trade insight notifications without interruption during the website downtime.
