Our backend service experienced downtime due to a Cloudflare outage. This affected our email notifications and AI summary features, but our website remained fully operational.

You may have noticed an increase in data loading errors or page loading failures earlier today.

We identified the issue about an hour ago. Due to rising traffic on our service, our network security provider mistakenly flagged some legitimate traffic as bots, which caused certain requests to be blocked.

Unexpected issue from cloud provider

You may have noticed that our service appeared to be down for several days — however, this was not actually the case. Our status monitoring bot (Open Status Bot) was temporarily blocked due to our security settings, which caused incorrect downtime reports.

Separately, about three hours ago, our infrastructure provider Vercel experienced a serious issue that caused our front-end website to go offline. The website is now back online, and we are actively monitoring its stability.

Please note that our notification service is not hosted on Vercel, so it continued to operate normally. This means you would have still received your trade insight notifications without interruption during the website downtime.

Network gateway timeout

Earlier on, some users may have encountered 504 Gateway Timeout errors due to a temporary infrastructure network issue between our servers and an upstream service. The issue has been resolved, and systems are operating normally.

Short downtime because of switching to a new edge cloud provider

We’ve recently switched to a new edge cloud provider to improve performance for our global users. During the transition, there was a brief, expected downtime of approximately 5 minutes. The switch has been successfully completed, and everything is now fully operational.
